Are you exercising?

Are you walking, running, or lifting?  How about dancing?  If you are not doing something, what was the reason for getting wls?  The point was to change.  Today it's my walk/run day and I meet with the trainer from hell.   If you don't do anything else today, do at least fifteen minutes of planned activity.

Good reminder! I have been neglecting my treadmill, but I do my elliptical nearly every night. The elliptical helps with my RLS. I am so bummed about this sleeve not working, it has really depressed me. I know exercising will make me feel better and get the scales to move a little!
