Yesterday I stayed pretty darn close to plan....yay me! Now if I can get my butt moving I might be able to string something together here.
Today:
protein coffee x2
greek yogurt w/ 2 tbs low fat granola
latte
chicken thigh, sweet potatoes
split pea soup w/ ham
