Mad, Moving Monday: Are you burning Calories?

Today is back to work day.  I started early by spending thirty minutes on the Yoga mat.  I am also doing the walk/run on the treadmill followed by my meeting with the twisted trainer.  I am ready too. 

 

How are you moving and what are your moving plans?

Twisted trainer, I love it!

I'm going to try to motivate my butt to the gym today. No promises, but I'm working on it.
