The day after. How did you do?

I did really good but only because I had a touch of nausea.  I think I spent way too much time cooking and too little time drinking fluids, so around noon yesterday, when I sat down to eat, I felt weak kneed and very nauseated.  But, I have all the left overs today so I am going to have to be very careful.  Today:  

Breakfast I ate about four ounces of baked ham.  It may have been a little less or a little more. I didn't weigh it.

S: celery and carrot sticks

L:   1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, 2 T of dressing 1 small piece of turkey and a bite of ham.  That's it.  

S: Fruit salad and maybe some cottage cheese

D: Maybe ham or turkey sanwich.

S: fruit or vegetables.  

Tonight, all the leftovers are going to the freezer or to the garbage. I've already sent the majority of the food home with my daughter.  I only kept two pieces of each pie for DH and the grand babies that are spending the night.  I do not want to be tempted because i have no willpower.

D-3 oz of ham, 1/2 baked potato and 1/4 c corn
S-a little of this and that
