Take back Tuesday: what do you do to keep your girlish figure?
Today is Zumba day. My trainer is meeting me today and tomorrow and then I won’t see him until next Monday. As part of my work with my trainer, I wrote the reasons I exercise and thought I would share them with you and maybe you can list your reasons: to maintain my present weight; to firm up my muscles; to manage my back and hip pain; to manage stress; to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol. My blood pressure is low but hasn't always been low. I think exercise helps.
