What are you exercise plans
I watch Sister Wives. Not because I think that a man needs four wives, but because I am curious how that works. When he is kissing one wife, and the other three are around, I wonder how they feel? Plus, they are so easy to cry, which makes me think they are depressed. But, they are all very overweight. Well, one is pregnant, but she is still a little chunky and all of them are going to the gym to workout. When they weight and do their inches, the one who goes to the gym daily and spends an hour is losing a ton of weight. The other two non-pregnant ones are not losing big amounts or not losing at all. Even though these women are large—even obese, they are lightweights in comparison to what many of us on this forum have weighed. At their weight, I doubt I would have had WLS. The one who is losing so much has inspired me to step up my gym performance. I have decided to make the Yoga a daily morning ritual.
I got up thirty minutes early so that I could do thirty minutes of Yoga and today is walk/run and trainer guy day. While I think I have a pretty healthy attitude about food and exercise, there is always room for improvement. I am not trying to lose weight, but I sure don’t want to gain anymore either. Tuesday, I have an appointment at my pcp’s office for him to go over my lab work, and he always has me weigh. I close my eyes but when he comes into the room, he always says, nice. You’re up to 45 pounds and your labs are good and …. I have to tell you that until he tells me what I weigh, I have a bit of an anxiety attack. At least I am not hearing, you need to lose weight or you need to gain weight.
So, today, what are you doing to balance the scales? Oh, my dance partner and I took a picnic to the dance studio. We did the foxtrot moves, and he showed me some fancy footwork and I tried to do it. Then we spread a mat out and ate some cucumber sandwiches.
