I have to make this quick since I actually slept in a bit and now I have to hurry....agh!

Thank you ALL for the wonderful responses to my post yesterday. You all are a true gift in my life.

We leave this afternoon for the Half Marathon, so I won't be posting tomorrow. Do we have a second Mate that can do it for me??

Here's what's happening so far;

protein coffee

greek yogurt

latte

chicken chili

who knows?  Will be on the road

Susan, after a disappointing night of football, I am glad that it is finally Friday and I can hopefully find some time to relax this weekend, as I prepare for my trip to Florida on Tuesday after work. . .

B:  1/2 w/w cinnamon raisin bagel, with l/f honey almond cream cheese and a few nuts to supplement protein intake

S:  Figs and yogurt

L:  Salad and buffalo blue cheese dip with celery sticks

S:  Pear

D:  Not sure, eating at my son's house

S:  ?  not sure there will be one. . .

 I won't list it all, but I am off sugar (fruit, too for now) and out of restaurants for now.  It's making a difference in the closet and on the scales.  

Just seeing that you start this thread makes me more mindful, thanks!

B- High Protein Drink
L-3 oz. cheesy meatball and small amount of spaghetti sauce
D-tuna and wheat crackers
S-string cheese
   1/2 banana

We left the house early for the eye doc, so I didn't eat until lunch.

B: coffee

S: coffee

L: grilled chicken cob salad:  about 2 oz of chicken, three cherry tomatoes, a sliver of avocado, and 1/2 of a 1/2 boiled egg.  

S:  still full

D: chicken breast and bean salad

S: peaches.
