Warm, muggy and raining here today. Makes me want to just sit and knit. Too bad I have to go to work!
Here's what's planned
protein coffee x 2
carb balance tortilla (210 cals, 9 gr protein and a whopping 26! grams of fiber) with turkey bkfst sausage and a sprinkle of cheese
Greek yogurt???
Pad Thai with lots of veggies
Since I only have to be at the salon for a couple of hours, I'm not taking much with me for snacks. We'll see what the day brings there.
