Wacky Wednesday. What's on your plate?
Morning!
It's a strange work day today, so eating this afternoon and evening will be a challenge. I'm booked solid from 4:00-8:00, so I'll either have to wolf something down between clients, or eat in front of them. Neither choice is my favorite.
So, here's what MIGHT happen
protein coffee
bkfst burrito
latte
apple
southwest pork stew
protein bar
greek yogurt
Might happen, might not. We'll see

Morning Susan,
Yesterday was a busy day, so I had no time to post on this or any other post., I have a busy day today and tonight is 3rd Wednesday Support group at Barix, so I won't be home until 9:30 or later.
B: Eggbeater omlet (using 1/3 cup of egg beaters and 1 oz of reduced fat feta), small w/w roll
S: Dates and almonds
L: Mac n cheese made with mostly low fat cheese and dreamfields pasta and a mixed salad
S: Yogurt
D: Mixed greens salad with grilled chicken
S: ? if any
Yesterday:
B: Cottage Cheese with salsa
S: Figs/almonds
L: Sausage/peppers/onions on half of a w/w torpedo roll
S: mixed greens salad
D: Mixed greens salad with tomato/mushrooms and blue cheese crumbles and some chicken
S: dates/almonds
Trying to get more roughage in, as I've been having some issues of late, it does help. . . also, because I was busy, I have not drank enough water and I wokeup at 10:23 last night with terrible cramps in my toes (charlie horselike).

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
