Sunday---what's your PLAN?
AH..Fried potatoes with peppers and onions (from my garden), fried apples (from my trees) with sugar free brown sugar and just a hint of cinnamon, sausage gravy, Pillsbury's best biscuits, and two slices of heart attack bacon......You would think it was my birthday.....Wait,,, it is my birthday. I was asked what I was going to do after this breakfast, I replied, check my sugar and go back to bed.....John

Breakfast: Nothing, went to church will talk about that fiasco in the other post! Ugh!! Coffee w cream x2 cups.
Lunch: BLT Sandwich
Snack: 8 crackers...stress eating!!!!!!!!!
For Dinner: Weigh****cher Oriental dinner
Eating now: handful of Pistachio nuts
Snacks for later: small bag of real popcorn that I popped (no butter) and I have 2 honey crisps apples that are smaller...not the size of my head!
