Good morning,

Sorry to just be getting to this, but I forgot this morning that I had to be at work an hour early. Actually, I realized it 10 minutes before I should have been out the door, so there was a mad dash to get moving. Gary made my breakfast and put my lunch together, so it's his plan , not mine

2 protein coffees
Latte

Bkfst quesadilla
Greek yogurt
Leftover veggie soup
Apple

Thats what I have with me, and I have no idea what's for dinner yet.

B: whole wheat toast with cheddar cheese

S: apple slices

L: no lunch late breakfast

S: cottage cheese a little in a bowl with one slice of apple

D: baked chicken thigh, green beans, cooked carrots

S: cheese

Ahoy Susan and crew mates......

Yesterday....

B-High Protein Drink (I just can't eat in the morning anymore)
L-cottage cheese, tuna and peaches
D-cheesy potatoes w/ham, green beans
S-turkey stick
   one fun size Snickers bar.....UGH!

I always get in no less the 120 ounces of water per day.
