Good morning friends,

Well, the tooth extraction went well, but eating won't be high on my priority list today. I'm leaving a blank canvas and will return this afternoon to report.

S: celery

L: chicken 3 oz

S: celery

D: boiled egg and cheese

S: cottage cheese.

Yesterday......

B-high protein drink
L-protein bar
S-banana
D-tuna and wheat crackers
S-one fun sixe twix bar...UGH
I was in bed at 8:00 so I didn't eat too much I shouldn't.
