Good morning one and all,

busy, busy morning.  Been up since 4:45 puttering around and getting things done. I have a "sit down' day at work, no hair, just nails to do, so I won't be moving much. Drat!!!  If I have a break I'll walk around the block a couple of times and get the blood flowing again.

Heres my day?

protein coffee
latte

eggbeater scramble, double fiber, LF english muffin

latte

chicken with peppers and onions and pasta sauce, two raviolis

greek yogurt

veggie beef soup. It's in the crock pot smelling up the house-----yummy smells, that is!

Hope you all have a wonderful day. Gotta go!

B:  Eggbeater omlet made with sauteed onions, peppers and reduced fat feta, along with half of a pumpernickle bagel

S:  dates/figs almonds

L:  A brocolli rabe sausage link with sauteed onions and peppers

S:  yogurt

D:  cheese, ham and collard greens

S:  questionable as to whether I will have one, but fruit sounds right

B- High Protein Drink
L-slice of pizza and grapes
D-2eggs, 2 strips of bacon and 1/4 c of hashbrowns (Nic cooked)
S-one Reeses peanut butter cup
     string cheese

Karen....Nic loves to cook. He would cook for you or anyone.

He made grilled chicken and Fettucinne Alfredo on Saturday for his girl friend and anyone else that wanted it. I tasted the sauce.....it was delicious!!

Hi Susan and all you ladies,

  Yesterday started out pretty good. Pushed fluids, ate my breakfast, snack and lunch as written on yesterday's posting. Then I just couldn't eat any more. I did get all my meds in so that is a great improvement. I'm working on doing better each day.

     B = oatmeal w/ added protein power
 
     S = 1 tablespoon peanut butter

     L = Cottage cheese with a little applesauce for added flavor

     S = Fruit ?

     Dinner:  a warm bowl of chili

 I may change lunch and dinner around so I have the meal that is easier to digest later in the day.

B:1/4 cup cottage cheese  

S: Banana

L:  1 scrambled egg and 1 piece of bread

S: protein bar

D: 3 oz ribeye, 1/2 cup of brocolli, 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes

S:  Probably cheddar cheese
