Stormy Wednesday
Hi Eileen and OFF,
I know it's been a while- I'm off and on here. I took the day off today because my oldest cat (18 I think) has been ailing and it's time to put her down. I just wanted to find her dead one day, but she is not going to do that... she still eats and drinks but she hurts. So I will be brave. My daughter and girlfriend are going with me to the vet. You don't need to respond to this... I know a lot of you are cat people and sympathise. I do still have a couple more cats, many up in age so this will be happening for a while. After we bury Cleopatra I am going to the mountain for a few days.

Good morning Eileen and OFF friends,
Eileen: will be praying for relief from the headaches. It must be difficult to do all you need to do with your head hurting.
Nan: you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers along with Nancy and others who are going through difficult times.
My surgery is looming in the near future. My sis said the femoral block is no big deal as they give an inject to numb the area. It's nice to have an RN with me. Using my inhalers routinely again. Cough is almost gone. Haven't used my rescue inhaler for 2 days. I think I will be fine by Monday.
God love my sis. The agreement was I would do the rest of the house and she would do the Arizona room. That's important because my bed is very high and hard for me to get in even when I'm well. There is a hide-a-bed couch out there. I find it comfortable to sleep on and it is much lower than my bed. We will set that machine up on one side and I can sleep on the other side. Ellen was so proud of her self last night because she "cleaned" the room last night. I don't see any difference. I think I've mentioned before that cleaning house is not one of her strong suits.
