Breakthrough Challenge Lancaster Nov. l9

Hello everyone....anyone near PA or just want to get away, Nov. l9, sat. at Lancaster (ephratah) PA there will be a great seminar from 8 to 5..........great speakers and vendors and free samples too........gonna be a great time of support and learning....hope some of you can come out...I will be there................if you get OH magazine, the picture of Yvonne McCarthy is on the front of this month issue and she will be one the speakers, she is awesome as well as the other Ladies and gents that will be there......if your interested look up at bariatricGuru.....the info is there.....
