B:  Half of an Eggbeater omlet made with 1/2 cup of eggbeates, sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms, sprinkled with reduced fat feta, 1/2 w/w cinnamon raisin bagel

S:  Granny Smith Apple

L:  Green Salad with Grilled Chicken w/Ken's Fat Free Rasberry Pecan dressing

S: Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt

D:  Pork Cutlet and Kale (don't have to think, made 12 cutlets on Monday night and the kale)

S:  Starbucks Decaf Skinny Latte

Yesterday's detour was my afternoon snack, had a low carb pita (15 grams) with 2 pieces of l/f haverati cheese and roasted red peppers (was not going to make it home for dinner until 7 and needed a more substantial snack to hold me over)


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Oh, geez, I don't know today.  Starting with oatmeal & fruit for breakfast and ProJo for lunch.  Then we'll see. . .

B - cottage cheese, fruit, Kashi
L - 2 slices low fat deli ham, green beans, no fat ranch dressing
D - either bean soup or same as breakfast
S - apple & pb.

L- 2 oz of tuna, romaine and cucumber slice
S- protein shake
D - 2 oz tuna, romaine and cucumber slice

B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and two slices of peach

Snack: banana

Lunch: 2 TSP of Peanut butter with 1 Tsp of jelly on 1 slice of whole wheat

Snack boiled egg

Dinner: 1 scrambled egg

Snack 1/2 banana with 1/2 apple

Breakfast: Woke up not feeling good, just drank coffee with Pumpkin creamer
Lunch: 6 Nacho chips with melted cheese and beef, 1 T. sour cream and sausa
Snack: banana
Dinner: WW frozen dinner (turkey and mashed potatoes)
Snack: apple
Drinking all my water and taking my vitamins.
NO exercise today....except running around here at work and that don't count.

Yesterday....

B- High Protein Drink
L-Protein bar
S-string cheese
D- 4 oz. pork roast, 1/2 small potato and 3 carrots

Still had a little candy but getting much much easier to avoid.

 I made it here too late to be posting.  think I'll post tomorrow what I ate today and continue that routine.  My posts of planned meals don't always work out.
