Godd morning my fellow shipmates, hope you're sailing along on smooth waters.

Yesterday morning I walked almost three miles before work. It was a beautiful day along the AR river, perfect way to start the day

Today.....

Protein coffee

Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of Special K low fat granola for crunch

Latte

Protein bar

L---leftover stir fry from last night

Banana

:-- nt sure right now. I'll edit later to let you know

Okay, time to confess. Yesterday I ate a package (6) of sandwich cookies. You know the ones that are packaged like the peanut butter or cheese crackers? Well, wasnt worth the 270 calorie expenditure that kept me from having a snack in the evening.

Checks and balances......it works in the diet world, too!

Good Morning Susan

Confessions are good for the soul, so they said. . .  I had half of a candy apple, but at 108 calories, it was worth it and I got it out of my system. . .

B:  1 cup of 1% cottage cheese with half of a whole wheat cinnamon raisin bagel

S:  Either an apple or a pear and some cocoa roasted almonds

L:  Chili w/little bit brown rice and low fat cheddar

S:  Yogurt

D:  Parmesan crusted pork cutlet and some kale

S:  Some fruit (figs) and nuts

Let's see how it goes. . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Good morning, Cap'n!

I have to confess also.  I added a banana and peanut butter to my intake yesterday.  But it's amazing how once you write it down, you feel obliged to stick to your menu for the day.

Breakfast--Oikos peach yogurt with 1/2 c. organic cheerios and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Lunch--ProJo protein drink

Snack--boiled shrimp

Dinner--roast pork tenderloin, homemade sugar free cranberry sauce, English peas

Snack--red grapes with a wedge of brie cheese

Have a good day, maties!

Yesterday is a bit hazy. I got hit with a headache from HELL that made me sick to my stomach.

B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup berries, sprinkle Kashi
D - 8 prunes

Today:
B -  1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup berries, sprinkle Kashi
L - 2 oz pork, green beans
D - making bean soup
S - apple & pb

I should probably add prunes again but the bean soup might work. Sorry - TMI.

Rowing as hard as I can.

Annette,

There's no such thing as TMI here.  I buy that powdered fiber, like Benefiber, only I buy Kroger brand because it's about half the price.  Anyway, I add one scoop to my yogurt in the morning and another scoop to my ProJo protein drink at lunch.  It has no taste, so I don't even know it's there.  Sure does HELP!    SMILE!
