For those of you who miss this favorite dish, perhaps this high protein content by Unjury is an alternative, have not tried it and can't say anything more about it, but it might be worth it, though you certainly must be careful if it is a trigger food. You can use it with Dreamfields pasta, which is a pasta that has a high fiber content, tastes no different than the pasta you're used to and only has 5 net carbs per serving. Like you, pasta does not work well for me, nor any type of white flour breads (thank god (lol)), but sometimes, if I eat it real slow, I can tolerate a very small portion of dreamfields pasta, like a half cup cooked, more than that I get the foamies and you know what goes on with that. . . ;)
