The Thankfulness Game

I am thankful for having had the WLS this summer.  The weight loss so far has freed me from much of the pain I used to have while walking and doing things.

Vickie also thankful to here that you had Dr. Davis.  They're going to do my 6 month followup visit while I'm down here.

I'm thankful for my internist, trying to find out what is happening with my gut.
I'm thankful for Dr. Verseman and his Bariatric Team and our Support group.
I'm thankful for this OFF forum and how we support each other, carry one another when needed and sometimes saying life is okay and tomorrow is another day.
I'm thankful for Kristi my Eating Coach, teaching me about Mindful Eating and not freaking out about weight gain, food choices and learning a new way to deal with food issues.
I'm thankful for my hubby, his children (adults) and our 5 grandchildren.

Looking on the thankful side is a positive thing for us to do.

I am grateful to be alive and very grateful for those fun mammography  appointments because it found my breast cancer early enough to be able to do something about it.

Great Idea ,,,I am thankful for the fact that I have love in my life , a job and a warm place to sleep at night.  So very thankful for my health and my giving spirit that God has given me that allows me to forgive easily and move forward not backward ...
We have but ONE LIFE and are only guaranteed today ..
