HaMonday and Halloween Everyone!!!!!
Thank you for the kind words Connie.
The photo was done by a professional photographer so the wrinkles don't show.
We all have the same struggles and temptations. This weight loss journey is never ending and a forever learning experience.
Years ago I believed that losing weight was very hard. I have learned that maintaining is MUCH much harder.
We learn to nip weight gain before we begin to super size. Susan's thread will help all of us.
Hugs back at you.

A Late Happy Halloween everyone-
Got up early this morning, guess I was excited to finally be back in Texas. Finished the drive this morning and got the RV out of storage. I'll spend two nights here in Victoria and then take the RV to Corpus Christi to see about refrigerator replacement. I'm taking it to Corpus because I trust the RV repair facility there as they rebuilt the RV when a 16 year old side swiped me four years ago putting a big hole in the side of the RV.
Saw some of my local friends this evening. Went walking with one. Walked about two miles talking all the way. A little sore and stiff but happy that I'm able to keep up with her.
Tomorrow will be spent vacuuming cobwebs and killing silverfish. The downside of storing the RV over the summer. Sylvester has finally decided to come out from under the couch after spending most of the day under there protesting the move into the RV.
Congratulations Monica on ONE YEAR! You should be very proud!
Well, ladies, it's late and I'm going to take a shower and go to bed.
