Good morning one and all!

Today marks the return of the What are you Eating thread. Over the months that I haven't been doing this, I have steadily gained weight and otherwise been MIA. Gary's work schedule has changed and since he now leaves for work at 6:30, I'll have time every moring to post what I either ate the day before, or plan to eat that day. It may even morph into a combo----what I PLANNED vs. what I actually ATE. Too often they are vastly different.....and you all know what I mean!

So, here goes!

protein coffee
latte (1/2 Calorie Countdown milk, 1/2 skim)
bkfst quesidilla ( carb balance tortilla w/ 2 tbs turkey saugage and 1tbs 2% cheese)

Lunch, not sure.....will be with vegan DIL helping with their move. I'll let you know later

Dinner:  roasted chicken, roasted sweet potato, green beans

No Halloween candy allowed in the house, just too tempting!

Okay, join in if you'd like. No judgements allowed, but if you need help ASK and somebody will have some suggestions for you.

Have a great day!

Susan

Boating 2 Happy Day  Captain,

Breakfast - 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup berries, sprinkle Kashi Go Lean. I had stopped using the measuring cup. This morning I scooped out what I had been thinking was 1/2 cup and oopsy - my eyes decieved me.

Lunch - 4 oz pork roast, small amount of salad mix, 1/2 cup green beans, FF Catalina dressing 2 tbsp. 1 graham cracker. those need to go out for the birds. No will power and too tempting

Dinner - plan to heat up left over chicken, 1/2 sweet potato, green beans.

Snack - apple slices dipped in 2 tbsp melted peanut butter.

Oars are ready to get this ship moving smoothly again.

Must be fate that I logged on today.  I have missed this thread.  Since I a have pretty much blown today I start sharing tomorrow.  I need the accountability.

Whhoooo!!! So glad our Captain is back and we are rowing our boats!

Ugh...bad day for me but I'm not going to lie about what I put in my mouth...tomorrow will be better.

Breakfast:
half of a cinnamin roll (and it didn't even taste that good! thowing the rest out when I get home!)
2 eggs
1 piece of toast

Lunch (on the run having picked up my grandson then run to granddaughter's Halloween parade at school along with the 2 babies...and I love being a grandma!!)
1/2 of a McDouble Cheeseburger
small fries but didn't eat all of them but most of them!

Dinner:
Weigh****chers Spaghetti dinner

Okay that is what I ate but I'm going to have a banana and a honey crisp apple since my tummy is tolerating fresh fruit again.

I'm late to yesterday's party, but as a form of accountability I am submitting what I ate:

B:  eggbeaters, peppers, onions and feta

S:  small piece of homemade apple cake

L:  My homemade Turkey chili with l/f cheddar

S:  3 pieces of cheese wrapped with parma ham (the cheese amounted to 1.5 ouces and it was on slice of ham)

D:  My homemade pea soup (onions, carrots and smoked turkey leg meat)

S:  Homemade low fat, low carb carrot muffin with yogurt

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen
