Thanks Eileen, you all have had a hand in helping me to be successful. When I was far down, I returned to OH and OFF and many raised me up. Being accountable each day liberates me and gives me the power to go on.

Very hunched over I was. Walking taller is nice. I could not believe the height check if I had not witnessed it myself. Hubby was amazed too.
