Saturday Happenings-What's Up?
Hi Trish and my OFF family:
Tried to post before and my browser kept stalling. So this will be briefer.
It's election day here and we're having a potluck at work. I decided to make this Better Baked Ziti recipe I found online at Mr. Food. Sounds good, smells good, but if I made it again, I'd get two jars of spaghetti sauce; one wasn't enough to cover all the pasta. I used whole wheat pasta, of course. I made my own sauce of tomato paste and diced tomatoes to cover up on top. Lots of cheese ... ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, etc. Like I said, smells good.
Anyway, got to get ready for work soon.
