Rainy Wednesday here in SWNJ - How U Doin?
Thanks Connie, I'm trying to trust him, but I guess I am running scared....don't
want to get my heart broken.....if you saw this woman's picture, you would know
she is on the prowl! And all of his "friends" are women -- 31 of them....I know I need to quit obsessing about this....what will be will be.

Good Morning Laureen and PA,
I am up, and sore, but that is to be expected. I got an antibiotic for my bladder infection yesterday, and I got a good night's sleep, thank God. I have to keep my foot elevated, or I would be attending the Barix meeting tonight.
Today I go to get my foot x-rayed. Then home to rest it some more. I have to keep it dry. Mom wants to go to the Salvation Army because it is half-price day. I am not sure I will go with her. The hospital where I get my x-rays is near the Salvation Army store, so I may have her drop me off and then pick me up when she is done shopping.

Thanks Connie. The x-ray is for the podiatrist to see how his work turned out. In hammertoe surgery, they break the bones of the toe at the joint and take out part of the bone and then fuse the bones together, eliminating the joint. They also put pins in to hold the toe straight till the bones heal. The pins take a year to dissolve.

My doctor decides when he is inside to determine what type of pins to use. With both surgeries he chose the dissolvable ones.
