Congrats to you and Rick on the arrival of Buster.  I too have a black and white kitty, Sylvester.  I got him from the animal shelter.  He was in the first cage inside the door and reached out to touch me as I entered.  I picked out another cat and then I went by to Sylvester.  We sat on the couch, he snuggled and purred at that was it.  Two years later he's my only cat now and he is the most affectionate cat I've ever owned.  Enjoy Buster.

Congrats on the new addition to your family. . .  furbabies are sometimes the best children of all ;)  Love kitties, wish I could have one, alas, I am allergic :(

Enjoy, hope the puppy doesn't show too much sibling rivarly and accepts Buster willingly. . .
