Its Sunday! Whats up in your world?

I just got back from the gym. I had started skipping the exercise since I went back to work. I work in a school office and sometimes Im more mentally wiped out then physically. Good to read everyone is enjoying the weekend.. MMM pumpkin pie!

Good afternoon, ya'll.
Late today. I was trying to finish this dang purple witch. She should have been done yesterday. Weekends are never good for a project. I get too many interruptions. People wanting to eat, or jus****ch a ball game or visit. I wait til they fall asleep for their nap and I go back to work. Right now there is lots of yelling going on as everyone watches the Panthers/Green Bay game. My DIL needed help with the afghan she is making. Her very first one. She was adding a dc at the end of each row when she turned it. She didn't realize it til she had done it for about 2 feet!! Had to rip it out. Our son fixed the roof on our shed that came off during Irene. The first chance he has had. I finally gave up and cleaned up my sewing room so the housekeeper can clean in there this week while I am gone. I will just have to buckle down when I get back!
Thank you all for your good wishes for my revision this week. I am going to get the gastric sleeve. I considered plication, but changed my mind. I will be gone all week.

Caroline congrats on making your decision!!! I hope this works best for you because I know that you have had so many ups and downs with the band!!!! Good Luck and know that I will miss you while you are gone!!! Prayers for you that this will be a good surgery and one that will get you back home fast!!! :-)

Evening OFF family!!!

Well I worked today and now I am sitting here bored out of my mind!!!! Sighs........

Yesterday I was off work and wanted to do so many things but Rick didn't want to do a dam thing!!!! GRRR So I decided to get started again n the afghans...well that didn't happen because one of the prongs was found to be broken off!!!! OMG NO!!!!!!!!!! So I tried looking for my old one that I found before we moved to the lower apartment...do you thnk I could find it?? NO!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR I got all pissy and said the hell with it and went to JoAnns and was going to buy a new one!!!!! Well that didn't turn out either!!! They don't have them any more!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!! So off I went looking at other places...nobody in this area has what I need to finish making my afghans!!!!!!!!!! I am in tears!!!!!!!! So I called Phyllis...she got me all calmed down and said she would mail me hers!!!!! What would I do without her????????? OMG!!!! I was freaking out and here she has what I needed!!!!  So soon as it gets here this week I can get those afghans made once and for all!!!!! Thank GOD for my dear friend Phyllis!!!!!

Today I got the OK for the 15th and 16th of October off from work for Rick's 40th birthday party!!! I get one day off to clean and cook and the next day to party!!!!!! So if any of you are in the area you are welcome to stop over!!!! ;-) Be happy to see you!!!! Not sure yet what we will be having but I am sure it will all be good!!!! :-)

Well best go find something to do besides sit here and play on the PC...Thoughts and Prayers for all that need them!!!!

Now don't get upset, but ... as the Cymbalta gets out of your system, you might get emotional.  or angry ... I usually have a meltdown or two when I get off my antidepressants.

Hope you're feeling better. Have you looked online for one of your afghan thingies?

I haven't been on the cymbalta that long and dr said I shouldn't have any problems...but these headaches...OMG!!!! When they hit me they hit HARD!!! They last a few minutes to about a half hour or so and then gone...yeah yesterday I found I was near tears often...maybe because nothing was going right???

No I never looked on line except for the name the lady gave me and they didn't have it...not even sure what its called...I do have one here but we can't find it in all the boxes and bags that are stored in the storage room here....grrrrr I should go through them once more and throw all that stuff in the car and take them to the thrift store or the trash bin!!!!
