So far so good here weather wise today...nice and cool for a change but going to warm up again. Possible storms tomorrow? Have to wait and see what happens.

Got the laundry done yesterday. Today its take my dresser apart and make room for the new contraption Rick got from another apartment that moved out and they left it behind. Looks like all my clothes will fit into this one!!!

Today is my youngest son's 39th birthday!! OMG he is getting to be as old as me!!! LOL Talked to him last night and he is down in the dumps. Seems his wife served him with divorce papers. YIPPEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has also taken som card that was half hers and half his and his lawyer is working on that right now. Not sure if its food stamps or money? But this woman is no good at all!!! She is always doing drugs of some kind, taking things that are not hers and selling them for drugs! She even sold his truck for drugs!!!!!!! He told her if she sells his car he will have her daughter taken away from her!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now he is thinking straight!!!! Nobody trusts this woman in thier home because of how she is. I have only taked to her on the phone and FB and thought she was nice til I found out how she is!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!! She can't get away from Dan fast enough in my book!!!!! He said he is going to leave the state and go to the Carolina's again. Might be a good idea to get away from her...FAR away!!!!! They have no kids together thank GOD!!! But I do feel bad for her little girl.

Nothing new on the party boy/woman beater except that the girl he beat up was arrested!!!! Why? Because she was fighting back!!!! HUH??????????? Guess the police didn't "see" him strike her but they saw her strike him???????????????? What about her marks??? Still waiting to hear more on this one!!!! Anyhow he is in hiding again....jerk!!!!!!!!

Well time to get moving here and making room for my new dresser thingy....lol

Not many people here the past two days ... where is everyone?

Last night was busy at work but I made it through; two sports sections to do and I got done in time on both with no problems. Funny, but I couldn't do that a year ago at this time. Just feel so much more focused and confident. Still not totally happy here but it's a job, so I'll go with that and keep looking.

I'm off for two days, nothing much planned because no money. Don't get paid until Friday. I have an errand to run this afternoon and then after that, just coming home and watching baseball for the rest of the day and vegging out.

Good afternoon, ya'll.
I'm late today. This morning I began working on the jacket I was supposed to start 2 days ago. This calls for the sleeves to be lined, as well as the jacket part, huh. Anyway, cut all those extra pieces from my lining material, as well as for the ruffle and hat. That half bending over thing gets my back. Then my DH came back to the sewing room and reminded me we needed to get the oil changed before I drive the grandson to SC for Military Academy, and while we were out why didn't we go to lunch. How could I refuse?
Got back to find another grandson in here finishing up his school project. They don't have all the programs I have (Print Shop, etc.), that are helpful for such projects. Plus, I always have posterboard, colored pens, markers, index cards, report folders and other stuff they always need.
Sooo, didn't go back to sewing, couldn't scan genealogy stuff with Dust using the 'puter. So that was a great excuse for me to work on a crochet project and watch my DVR shows. I am a morning person. If I don't get things going early, I don't get started at all. Or if I get interrupted, I don't go back to it. Can we say procrastinate!

Hello to all

I'm still feeling lazy these days - it is hard to rebuild energy reserves within a week of surgery.  I do manage to get what's important done - paying bills was the high point of today.  I'll throw in a load of laundry, then put my feet up and watch a movie on TV.

Still in horrible pain...I don't know what find of flu they were relating this to but I never had any this bad. I am crying...everything hurts to move it. Headaches and spasms all over. Have this and keep up with a 4 year old...great fun!! She has been really good for the most part....can't blame her she is little and is used to doing so much.

Thanks for letting me whine.

Need to go to bed soon. Knock myself out!!
