WED ..HUMP DAY
Morning everybody
It is Wednesday and I am wide awake .. How is everyone today . My allergies are acting up like crazy today . THey were cleaning in my bldg with bleach yesterday because they found mold so maybe that is why . ALL the vents and everything was full of the bleach smell LOL
Will be back in a bit but wanted to say in case I got busy and wish everyone a blessed day and one filled with peace and joy .
Prayers for all that need them and want them too and I so appreciate yours if you have the time ..

Good Morning Shirley and OFF peeps,
It's a new and beautiful day in our neighborhood. The stars are shining and no clouds. Of course that means it will be hot later.
Have a busy day planned for today. Many errands to run. Lots I want to get done at home.. My walker broke and Ellen said she can't fix it so will be looking for a new one today.
I can't remember if I told you yesterday. I get my bi-pap machine tomorrow. That's an answer to prayers. It is so much quieter than this relic I'm using now. And the setting are different. The rental is only $40.00 per month. Last time I needed a new one the rent was 90.00 a month so that's a big help.

Good Morning Shirley and Everyone to follow,
I have not been feeling on top of my game lately. I think my iron is low, because I just got a B12 shot on Monday.
Today, I will be trying to get the bloodwork done, and then I will be packing my craft closet up in boxes. Most of it is already in plastic containers, but I have some clothes and yarn and fabric that need packing.
I hope I get my bloodwork back fast, because I don't know how long I can take this tired feeling. I am always in bed by 7:00, not asleep, but just reclining.

I have not been feeling on top of my game lately. I think my iron is low, because I just got a B12 shot on Monday.

Good morning Shirley and OFFers.
The gym pools are closed for two weeks for renovation. Sure, I could go and use the machines but looked over the group schedules and Zumba caught my eye. We've done Water Zumba but never on dry land. A rather scary idea for somebody with NO coordination. Marcy, a true friend, let me talk her into joining me in the class. We were the only two newbies.
It wasn't the exercise that was so difficult, it was making my feet move fast and figure out the steps. Two Left Feet! But laugh - oh yeah!! Lo and behold, we worked up a sweat too. Darned good for a couple of icicles.
My positives for today:
1. Nothing hurts this morning. I hope Marcy feels as good.
2. Tom asked if i minded if HE did the grocery shopping instead of me today.
3. Baxter is learning how to use the ramp to get up on our bed.

Woke up around 4:30 but dozed off and on until 6 a.m.
Foot is doing awesome -- see the Doc tomorrow and hoping to get rid of the small bandage wrap.
Got a lot done yesterday and rested foot as well. Loving the cool nites with the window open. Working this morning, and have towels in the washer that will get dried when I get home at noon.
With all my work yesterday, the scale moved downward finally.....yeah! Today is my 4 yr. surgiversary and I have gained back 29 lbs. from my lowest weight. Certainly not proud of that, and hopefully now that my foot is healed, I can exercise again and get back to basics!

Morning Shirley and OFF-
Have already been for a morning walk, now sipping water and taking pills.
Yesterday was my two week follow-up visit with nutritionist. Down another 14 pounds since surgery. Wow! am I happy. Today was my first day walking and it was surprising how good it felt and I didn't have to stop every 20 steps to catch my breath. Yipee! Have started lifting weights for the bat wings on my arms.
Today I'm going to focus on picking up the house as it is a mess. Bought a cheap Singer machine yesterday when I dropped off my broken one for repair. Martha recommends so it has to be good, yeah right. Just want to get this quilt finished as soon as possible.
The good news is that I can start with mushy food! You all know how good it tasted last night to eat 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese with some tomato sauce and parmesan! Today I'm going to try an egg for breakfast. Otherwise slow and easy as I reintroduce Brunhilda to more solid foods.
So after two days of dreary rainy weather I am going to open up the house to air it out. It's smelling a little musty!
Otherwise nothing else is new in Maine. Have a great day everyone!

Congrats Cindi!!! WOW another 14 pounds gone!!! :-) You are shrinking!!!!
Just wanted to give you a heads up on the eggs...you might get sick on them maybe not....I had a hard time eating eggs early out. Also if anything you eat feels like its "stuck" try laying on your LEFT side and it should slide down soon....good luck!!!!!
