Makes me want to spit in his face!!! Big man hitting a woman and getting away with it!!!! I have no use for a man that does that!!! Judy, so glad you enjoyed the concert. It's always fun to go to a concert! Years ago, my DH took me to see Barry Manilow(far from his favorite) but he really loved the live music!

My plan was to respond to each poster today. Oops - didn't take notes so I forgot what I wanted to say.

How about a GROUP HUG instead. Sunshine

There was no support group last night. Last April the schedule changed to the third Monday off. It feels as if something is missing on those weeks. The emails from people are a frenzy though. So many questions, especially from the newbies.

My PCP wanted me to stop taking the Omeprazole, thinking that was causing the dizziness. The dizzies are gone but oh the tummy bloat each night. Almost 5 years out and things still change in the plumbing. That's not necessarily a bad thing because it keeps me on my toes. Ballerina

Today I am going to concentrate on the positives in my life. too often the negatives take over and I wallow in depression.

Top 3 positives:
1. I love my job. The pay is nothing to brag about, typical of Human Services,  but the work seldom feels like work.
2. My DH is supportive. Sure, some days that stands for Damned Husband but he is always good to me.
3. I got up on the right side of the grass today. Good way to start each day.Teethy

Good Morning Eileen,
Congrats on the pay raise, when it happens.  That's awesome.

Yesterday, I did a lot of phone calls and errands, but did not get everything done that I needed to do.

Today, I am waiting for UPS to deliver a package.  They refuse to leave packages unless I am home, even if my signature is NOT required.  I am going to clean my kitchen.  I tried to make zucchini bread yesterday, and forgot to put in the oil, and it was a disaster.  After I clean up the kitchen, I will tidy up the living room.  I also have two bags of clothes to sort through.  I will probably be making another trip to the Salvation Army to drop off stuff.  I already made one trip yesterday.

This evening I am going to my AA meeting, and then to an ice cream fund raiser for Special Olympics.  They have sugar free stuff.

Catch you later.

Hugs,
Trish

Good evening Eileen and everyone....

Sorry I am so late. I had that Reclast infusion this morning. WHAM.....it hit me before I even was done with the infusion. Nausea and a headache that only got worse as the day went by. I finally had to call my daughter home from work early. I went to bed and the dog barking woke me up. Achy all over...this is not good!!  The doctor said I may feel much worse the next 3 days....some people have flu like symptoms for 2 weeks after the infusion. Great...just great! They didn't tell me that part until they were done. I don't think I would have had it knowing that.

I was planning on leaving for MN on Friday....guess that may not happen...AGAIN!!!!

Eileen ....congrats on your awesome review....I hope the raise comes through soon.

Annette......love your attitude!

Now I am in a fog and can't remember who else I wanted to post to...damn CRS!!

Prayers for many in need...especially little Morgan!

Have a great night....love and hugs to all....connie d

Nan...the infusion is for bone loss. I am allergic to all the pills..Boneva etc..so I have to have a yearly IV.

Feeling awful!! Going back to bed now.

Hugs and love....connie d

Nan:

Reclast is an infusion for osteoporosis.
