She's gone.
Dear Julia,
How wonderful and beautiful for you to be with your mom along with the family.
Now may you have the great memories of you mom and her life.
Return to the happy memories, and let the end of stage life disappear and be replaced with the good times. How mom lived her life is more important than how her life ended.
Cry, remember how she loved you and now is with the angels.
Smile Julia, you and yours are children of God and you will always carry your mom in your heart and soul. You will never be motherless, she is with you always.
The hard part comes when something cool happens in your life and you want to pick up the phone and call mom. When that happens now, come to OFF and tell us what story needs to be told. We are hear for you but mom is also there too, in heaven, she is also still listening.
God Bless you Julia and your family. Most of us have walked the walk you just did and we understand. Hugs Debbie

Dear Julia,
I am sorry for your loss. You have been a brave and caring daughter all these months. Grieve as you must, but know in your heart you did all you could to ease your mom's transition from this earth. You will eventually find peace and comfort in that fact and in the memories you carry in your heart.

As I said to you on Facebook, your mom is at peace and out of confusion. She knows what's happening now. There's a song by Carly Simon called Like a River about her mom dying and I think of it often when a mom dies ... seems ties between mothers and daughters are very strong.
Your mom had a very nice passing with her loved ones around and a quick exit. I know it's never easy losing a parent, but know that she loved you.
And know that we love you, too.

Julia,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your love for your mother saw her through some very difficult times these last few weeks. While it is very hard to lose her, you were blessed to be able to be with her at the end. When my darling step-dad died in 2004, he raised his good hand (he had a stroke while in the hospital), pointed his finger toward the corner of the room, and said "I see Jesus". An overwhelming feeling of peace came over all of us in that room and I could almost swear I heard the rustle of angel wings and he took his last breath. Grief comes hard, joy is found in your heart.
Hugs and prayers,
Kristi
