Vickie,

Sorry to read about all the stuff going on and hope that you and your daughter can get on if need be.  Never easy for two women to reside in the same household, each has their own way and when it is mother/daughter, well you are the Mother and you can make the rules as it is your house, but it is never that simple, our children grow up, but they are just grown up kids to many of us. . . focus on your silver lining and hope the AC repair person gets there in a hurry.

Hugs, L

Good morning Mag and everyone.....

I was coming down the stairs yesterday caring a tote. Where the steps curve around the corner at the top,  I missed the step and you guessed it...I fell...HARD!! I landed on my hip that I broke a couple years ago. I hurt absolutely everywhere. I skun up my elbow and twisted my bad shoulder (rota-tor cuff tear) and jarred my neck so hard I feel like I have whiplash!! You should see the bruises.....good thing they are in areas that are covered up. I will be laying low today. Nic doesn't work today so he can help with Grace. This is Jamie's short day .....she will be off at 3:00.
So glad I have my Vicodin and Flexeril to get me through this pain.  I knew one day that would happen...I need to learn to slow down....always moving too fast!!

Wishing you all a great day. Prayers for those in need.

Love and hugs to all...connie d

Connie,

Maybe you should have yourself checked out, just to be safe. . .  hope you feel better, though I know I usually feel the worst of something like that 2 days later. . .  please be careful and do lay low.

Hugs, L

Thank you Pat....I will let you know tomorrow after the doctor appointment (11:30).

I am hurting worse as the day goes by.....time for Vicodin and Flexeril. I couldn't take it earlier because of Grace. I wanted to be alert for her. Jamie got hope at 3:30. I am in my room now. Just checking emails etc. then resting.

Hope you are feeling much better!!!

Thanks for the concern....hugs....connie d

Oh, Connie!  Are you okay?  I'm so sorry!  Stairs and steps are one of my worst fears.  I fell and broke my ankle about 10 years ago.  Sad to say, the ankle healed but my phobia still remains with me!  Wish I could be there to help out!  Hope you get to feeling better soon!
