As for me.....went to see "Bridesmaids" last night. It was funny but it made me miss my BFF even more. I cried all the way home.
Yesterday.....Nic washed and waxed my car....also did the complete inside....looks brand new!!! He always does such an awesome job!!
Not much else planned today. Jamie is working until 2:00. Grace is at her dad's until 1:00 or so. Not sure what I will do later....haven't thought much about it yet.

My goodness, Carla! What an adventure (or perhaps mis-adventure is a better word) you had at work. I hope you're feeling better now. And hang in there, MOB (mother of the bride)! I've been there, done that. You can make yourself absolutely crazy before the wedding, but try not to, okay?
I had tee shirts made for me and my husband when our youngest daughter got married. Mine said, "There's a special place in Heaven for MOB's". His said, "I'm the F.O.B.--Frazzled, Overworked, and Broke!"
Talked to my sweet husband this morning. He'll be HoMe oN ThURsdAy! (That's me doing the happy dance!) It feels like he's been gone forever thi****ch.
The bridal shower was lovely yesterday. I already posted about the food last night, but let me just say that no good deed goes unpunished this morning. Even though I did NOT eat the gorgeous, yummy, fattening food yesterday, the scale move UP a pound this morning anyway! Grrrrr! Damn scale. I hate that thing!
No exciting plans for today. It's miserable hot outside, so I'm going to stay inside. Need to finish up the hand sewing on my new dress, pay the bills, play around on the computer, etc. Just a relaxed, easy Sunday.
