Morgan update
Hi, I copied this off of facebook, I sometimes forget things & don't always understand either. nan
Morgan HortenHey everyone....just wanted to give a quick update. Jamie and I have spoken with the doctors and the best course to take(as far as the tumor) is chemotherapy...possibly followed by surgery and a few more rounds of chemo. She will be having her line placed this week coming up and starting her first round of chemo Friday(august 5)....we dont have a surgery date for the line placement bu
Morgan Horten As soon as we do we will let everyone know...Morgan as well as all the kids are handeling things very well...Everyone will be going up to the hospital next week and morgan will be showing them around. Jamie and i still have alot of decisions to make as far as treatment after the tumor and we will try to keep everyone updated.
Just got off the phone with dr. and morgans surgery to place her line is Monday morning at 945am.

Don't know if this will hel*****t, but my SIL recently had breast cancer and was treated at MD Anderson. They also recommended chemo first, then surgery. Seems to be the newest way of thinking about cancer treatment. It worked very well for SIL. Tumor shrunk considerably, and then the surgeons were able to get it all during surgery.
Praying for Morgan and your whole family daily. Glad the family is remaining upbeat and optimistic. We're here for you.

Nan.....I can just feel the stress.....I know too well what you and your family are going through. So many very important decisions to make. A lot of questions and doubts as too whether or not the right choice is made. It goes on and on.
