OT: Font size

Hey y'all,

There's been so much discussion about font size this past week, that I just want to share a very simple trick for dealing with small fonts on this website or any other.

All you have to do is press the CTRL key and then the + sign key to increase the screen size on your monitor.  I do this all the time when the font is too small to read.  Then when I want to return the screen to normal view, I press the CTRL key and the - sign key.  It's simple and quick.

I do try to remember to change my FONT size while I'm posting, but sometimes I forget.  I don't know why we can't make permanent changes to our HTML Editor!  It's very annoying to have to remember to change the font style, size and color every time we post!  (Are you listening OH.com?)

Vickie,

You are so right. Changing fonts every time is a pain in the tush. Thanks for the CTRL + solutions.    Mag

Wow. thanks this is easy. Now if I could just "control  +" all of the OTHER written information in my life! (like pill bottles, phone books, tv guide, newsprint!)

Geez, Karen!  Me, too!

That's the main reason I bought a NOOK!  You can choose from 5 different font sizes.  I always have mine set on extra extra large.  It's fabulous!

Or maybe some of you have a little place way down on the right, just above the time that says 100%.  When you hit it, it goes to 125%, then 150%.  Look and see if you too, have this handy feature ....Sam
