Traveling Bra Thursday What's UP
Hi Monica and my OFF family:
I have my own traveling bra ... it's an 18hour variety ... I have so much excess tissue I have to use a DD to keep it all in. Ugh.
I came home last night again to drip-drip-drip from the ceiling and had to call maintenance. The older guy, Alvin, came over. He has this slow, Southern drawl that sounds like you just woke him up. Nice guy, though. He stopped it from dripping and says he's going to fix it once and for all today after he has lunch. Going to buy new pipes, then fix the ceiling.
I had my phone interview yesterday and think it went well, but we'll see. It looks like a good company to work for. I could be happy there, at least happier than here.
My brother's job interview also went well; he thinks he will be offered a job, either selling appliances or a part-time job in customer service. Hope it happens. Swing some chickens or say prayers or whatever for him. He's been out of work too long.
Well, last day of a nine-day stretch of work. I'm so tired. Last night was a ***** We have earlier deadlines, and I got stuck with a long string of agate to do ... it was a pain. I got out on time, miraculously. We all did. I did six pages and made it out 10 minutes before deadline.
I'm sorry to see the end of the shuttle too. I like space travel, I think it's very valuable.

Post Script: I got the guest room put back together and posted a few Before and After pics on FB if you want to see. Still need to buy curtains, lamps, etc. And get a few pretty things on the walls. But it's looking much better in there. One down, 4 more to go!
Also, Monica, I thought I posted a reply to your post this morning, but I notice now that it's not there. Grrrr. Suppose it's floating around in cyberspace somewhere! Anyway, I wanted to tell you hi, proud of your sobriety, hoo-rah for the bikini day, and hug Yoda for me! That's all!

I see you are playing with the colors for the font! Isn't that fun? I'm getting ready to drive to Tracy to take something back to a store and to drop off some things at school. It is almost time to start setting up my room for the new school year. I don't know how I'll combine my Mom duties with full time work, but I'll do the best I can.
Today is a "Just Me" day. I am not going to visit today. I need a break.
