Q: What is that website? Fit Trim? Trim Fit?

Several of you have mentioned a website you use to track your food intake, but I can't remember the exact name.  Something like Fit Trim or Trim Fit.com?  I keep meaning to bookmark it when I see it, but of course, I never do.  Can you please tell me one more time?  Thanks!

There are several. . .

Fit Day
The Daily Plate
Sparkpeople

I use the Sparkpeople one now because I like the feature it has for breaking down a recipe, you input the ingredients and it gives you the breakdown of fat, carbs, calories per serving

Also, you can monitor your exercise, get recipe ideas, though you have to adapt them since as WLS folks we have to monitor our sugar intake. . .  but I think any one of them would be good, I even have mine as an app on my Android cell phone, so if I eat something away from home I can still input it. . .keeps me honest and in the know as to what I am taking in daily

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Thanks, Laureen!  I just got signed up on Fit Day. I decided it might be time to start HONESTLY tracking my food, instead of just keeping a running total in my head.  After yesterday's Carb Debacle (LOL!), I think I need an accountability tool.
