Hi y'all it's Tuesday

Well, we have a new CEO at our company and we had a meet and greet this AM.  He seems like a nice guy with lots of experience, but our outgoing CEO has been in place for over 20 years and is a hard act to follow.    Change is always hard, so we shall see what comes.  i am trying to keep a positive attitude about it.

I am having fun orienting the nurse practitioner that I hired.  I always love teaching people about hospice and symptom management.   I found out today that she had WLS some years ago and will be a nice source of support and information for me.

On the home front, I am enjoying having my son, the airman, home on leave for the week.  It is wonderful to have my three guys all under the same roof with me.

Do you have your surgery date yet?

Nope, my 1st appointment with the surgeon is July 19th.  Keep your fingers crossed that it will come soon after.
