WHATS UP TUESDAY?
Julia...you are having so much going on in your life right now I would be downing pills also!!! My goodness!!! Hope those dogs soon learn to get along....my Bandit will NOT let any dog that he is friendly with out on his walks mind you get near this apartment when he is inside or tied outside!! He turns into Cujo!!!! I know he is protecting his territory but still!!!!!! OMG!!!!! This weather is something else isn't it?? So much destruction all over the world....sad!!!

Good morning OFF!! Home from running our morning route, drinking coffee & relaxing before showering and off to bed for a few. This afternoon my DH & I are joining Weigh****chers. I'm 2 yrs. out, he's 10 months out and we both feel we'll benefit with the support & knowledge that we'll have to be accountable. I've gained 14 lbs. and never hit my goal weight. So that puts me @ needing to loose 46 more lbs....OUCH!! He's still loosing but needs a boost. Anyway, we are hoping & praying this will help. We have no support group here in the Outer Banks so we've got to do something. Anyway, we thought after our 6 PM meeting we'd have dinner out and do some shopping so that makes for a nice evening.
Can't believe how horrific Mother Nature has been so far this year. So sad to read & hear about the horrible events that have taken place. Praying for all those in need for there are many!!
I hope you all have a blessed day. I appreciate this board and the input from you all. Monica, I'm a leg crosser big time!! After reading your post on crossing legs yesterday, I have been more mindful. Such a hard habit to break but worth it if it prevents problems. Thanks for sharing!

Sober 203 days and so proud of me.
Can't stress enough about the leg crossing NO-NO....Just ran my hands over my legs and feeling the indentations on each leg reminds me of what I have done to me. I now keep a small step stool in front of my kitchen chair to prop up the legs instead of crossing them. Oh if I had only known.
Not much going on. Agenda not day. Hot and humid here, but so comfy in RV.
Yoda cuddles and snuggles last night in bed. Amazing how this 26 lb bundle can snuggle around the bed each night and find the best places. Put photos of RV, Yoda, and hubby on my FB page. Got the new photo program to load but still can't get the camera to change to English. Comes on with English hello, but then switches to Japanese alphabet. Will work on this again today...frustrating. I used to be so tech savvy, not any more.
Alex, age 8 called to speak with Gfather. He is so lonely for Gfather. Alex is not a great phone talker yet and neither is Gfather. I sat there and wrote questions and offered topic for them to "talk" about. I too have had many "talking on the phone" problems in the past few years. I am working on this. We have not made concrete plans on traveling north yet. Waiting to see about Gkids summer camp plans and other stuff, like airfare, car rental and gas $$$$. Need to see how much discretionary $$$ we will have for June and July. Angus will need some $$$ from us again, so Our needs go on the back back back burner.
Hubby is almost out of his pain meds, so that issue is the 1000 lb monkey in the RV. I am searching for local doctor for me. Plan on calling 2 medical offices today and asking to talk with office managers...if staff is happy then it should be a good office. I have a hard time following thru on this. But hey if I can call the White House and congressional staff offices each day and tell them what I want done for our America, I should be able to come thru for ME....yeah!
Have a hapy and safe Tuesday...special prayers for storm affected people...the damages are horrific.

Good mornin', ya'll.
I get a crown on my broken tooth this morning. I made salads for my DH and our son for lunch while I am gone. Then, after dentist, I'll pick up my DH and we will be off to SC for a fill that I really need!
Sent the peanut butter and jam bars to work with our DIL this morning. My DH finds these recipes and then somebody has to eat them!
I have considered WW so I will have some accountability! I need something long term!
Gotta get a wiggle on.

Morning Grammylew....good luck with the new crown today!!! Mine is still bothering me and I still haven't called the dentist back about it...my fault I know....lol just hate this dentist because I really loved the one I used to have back in Michigan before he retired...never gonna find another like him....sighs.
