NEIGHBORS DOG....
Connie you don't know how scared I was last night with the flash backs!!! OMG!!!! If Bandit would have been hurt by that dog....its something I do not want to even think of!!! I don't think this guy will learn anything until his dog is taken away or hurts a dog!! Sad to say but its true I think.

Judy, I know how horrible that was for you and how suddenly those things can happen. People should always keep their dogs on a leash. One of the reasons that I have a hesitancy around dogs is a friend of mine was walking and a man's pit bulls were running around and for whatever reason, they attacked her and she almost died. When Iwent to the hospital to see her, I didn't recognize her. She has had tons of surgery and still has one arm that doesn't work because they tore her musle off. So, I understand your fear. Hopefully the damn man will learn to keep his dog up but I'd call the cops the next time.

Tonight this IDIOT had that dam dog out again on a leash but he was NOT holding on to it at all!!!! I told Rick if he came this way I had my phone ready to call the cops!!! I also had my camera ready to take photos of it running loose!!!! I also talked to a guy that lives here that I work with and he told me this dog charged at him and his dog the other night...the dog was loose...again!!! The guy came up and took his dog and said "sorry" he got out of the door! Umm...put the leash on him BEFORE you let him out of the apartment and into the hallway!!! IDIOT!!!!!!! I think I will stop off at the police station tomorrow after work and see what I can do about this IDIOT before its to late!!!
