friday??? whats new????
Oh, Eileen, I know what you mean! Every time I look at the rescue puppies, I want to bring another home with me! I just fell in love with little "ratties", aka rat terriers, a few years ago when we got Patty Kate. She came from a very good breeder and she's so smart and such a joy to me.
Then through a long series of happenstance, my daughter brought us Lulu, a little rescue terrier. I wasn't sure I wanted 2 dogs, but we took her and she's been such good company for Patty Kate and us. She's such a funny little thing.
But, besides the expense of adding another pet to the household (which can be considerable), I'm not sure these two would take well to having a third sibling added to the mix. Still the impulse to adopt another pup is there all the time. Do I listen to it or not? I never know what to do!

What a beautiful day today !!!!!!!! Jon did my weeding for me ( thank you Jon ) We mowed the lawn and trimmed. Cut my raspberries back a bit more and pulled some tulip bulbs out. Then we came in for lunch, took a short break and brushed Maddies teeth ( our 2 1/2 yr . old doxie). I hate doing it, but can't let it go either. Hoping my appt. with the arthritis dr. will help get some of this pain under control.
