I haven't been able to sleep. Thought I would get an early start on the computer. Nothing good on TV this time of night.

Our weather is perfect right now. A cold front came in from the north and took away the heat. Weather man said it will be hot again by Sunday.

Morning all. Sober 192 days and so proud of me.
Woke up before 6, but went to bed before 11 so I feel rested. Better this morning body wise, had good walks yesterday, grateful right knee is stronger.
I am really enjoying my daily phone calls to White House and Congressional members of MA. As new/old issues come up I add them to my "honey do's" list. Southern border not secured and the blocking of Boeing non-union plant in SC have me mad today.
Oldest daughters pregnancy going well. Emma, age 10, trying to "teach" baby how to count..she is gently tapping 10 fingers on her Mom's growing belly each day. Sent out the book "Heaven is for Real" to her this week. I found this real story wonderful and asked Emma to share her thoughts and feeling after she reads it.
Not much planned here. Staying cool, but it is so humid. Yoda had a bath, he looks and feels wonderful. There are numerous Dog bathing stations here at RV park. Hubby cut his foot hairs and Yoda looks sleek.
Hubby washed three windows and back really bothered him, so he stopped. Could he be making progress in "listening" to his body?
Sorry you are still dealing with your mom's funeral issues. Upset that Sue is gong through such stress with her mom's placement and health. Has anyone heard from Bev? Good vib's to Connie to find some HER time...

Good Morning Margo,
I got home from Pittsburgh around 12:30 yesterday, and got dizzy as the afternoon progressed, and then got short of breath. I called doctor, who said to go to ER because of history of blood clots in October. Was too dizzy to drive myself, and could not reach family, so I called 911. Ambulance crew was wonderful. No clot. Turns out, coumadin level is way high, and sodium level is too low. I was already sick with upper respiratory issues when I left Michigan, so they told me to follow up with family doc.
Today is rest, clean a little in kitchen, and walk my dog day. Also, unpack suitcases.

I am glad you got back from michigan safe and sound. to bad u had to go to the Er. I see it everday in the er. i work in one!!!!! Feel better.
I am gearing down this week with work and such. I go and get my should injected so I can be releaved of some pain in it. i hope it helps. I hate those shots!!!!!.
i am slos going thru some canceer testing again on my thyroid cancer.. I am having some lymph node swelling in my neck again and they are doing a ultrasound again and maybe a mri and extensive labs, they think there might be some lingering cancer cells again. i might have to have I 131 treatment again so Im not happy.
This hext thursday I am flying to chicago to be with my daughter for the weekend. I am hoping to go and meet up with Pat r for lunch on Friday of next week.
itis going to be a busy next month Lots of plane travel. When i get back from chicago , On June 9th i leave for Denver for a week, come back to florida and work then go back to chicago for 5 days and tae my 4 yr old cousin with me on the 29th of June. He has never been on a plane before so he so excited!!!!! he has a play date with my nephew. Not sure what I am going to do with that yet but ill spoil him rotten!!!!!

I empathize with the cortisone shots for pain. I am scheduled for one on Wednesday. Must go off the Coumadin for six days before shot.

So sorry you are going through this Carla, scary stuff. Glad you got into the ENT's office for testing so quickly. Hoping the swollen glands are due to high pollen counts here.
Too much on your plate as usual. Wishing that you take a bunch of deep breaths and ENJOY your travels and time with daughter and family. With SO much to do and get done it is like being the tornado instead of the blue sky. Sending you calmness, slowness, savoring each moment of the days ahead. Your daughters wedding prep should be for sweet moments tjhat turn into sweeter memories and NO regrets. Don't let that TOXIC sister spoil the journey. Hugs, Monica
