Hi Carla and all,
   It's a beautiful day in Arizona. Warm with a nice breeze. Nice to sit out on the patio. Later today (by 4PM) we will close up the house and turn on the air conditioning, but until then this is a bit of heaven.
  Monica, It's so wonderful to watch you add up the days of sobriety. You are doing great.

Hi Carla and my OFF family:

Temp is climbing here, up to 83 and the sun is trying to peek through ... it's humid, too ... I keep waiting for the rain (didn't come yesterday, though my body was feeling it).

Watching the White Sox stink it up again ... boy, they're bad this year. They started out so promising and now have been so disappointing. Oh well, that's baseball.

I work again today and through til Wednesday. Got to start getting ready soon. Talked with my brother Gary and my mom ... got to go get mom a gift card of some sort for mother's day.

Anyway, not much else is happening. Would love to take a nap but have to start thinking about work in another half hour. Take care and have a good day.

Glad you enjoyed your time off, you deserve it.  Always good to do things that make us happy on sad days( you did a good thing). I am so proud of you for your weight loss, but remember you are getting a medicinal boost to help it come off so fast.
