wake up! its tuesday-whats new????
It's lunchtime again... just a quick HELLO! My nephew is doing a bit better-the swelling stopped just below his waist. He's still in ICU... not sure what comes next, but I think he is out of danger as far as his life is concerned. Now he is in some pretty severe pain. Snake bites are no picnic I hear. I don't think he'll be wearing flip flops to head to the swimming hole again.
Trish made me remember a cute thing that my new lab did a couple of weeks ago. Penny (she is very coppery) was in the bathroom as I was taking a bath. I opened the clear glass enclosure door and up she went. She was on top of me in the bathtub, just laying there licking my face. It was so funny- she weighs about 62 pounds. I was laughing so hard that I was having trouble calling my husband to get her out of the tub. Crazy dog!
Back to work now... my testing is almost done. I have three more children to do now. Hopefully I'll finish the testing by Thursday. Then I have to do all of the paperwork and finish the meetings. The end is in sight!

Sorry I am so late again today. The morning just flew by. Grace had an awful tummy ache and couldn't go to school. I had her snuggled up on the couch watching movies.
One of the dogs was sick....throwing up all over the place. All I did was clean, clean, clean ......thank goodness for hardwood and tile floors.....it was a mess!! She has never been sick but sure was today!!
It sounds like there is some happy news here today....that is great !!

Evening OFF family!!! SO much going on right now and a storm not far away so have to make this short...have a headache also, from stress I am sure...had gone shopping for food and made a new recipe for supper that I found in FIRST magazine. It was ok...would rather have tuna noodle casserole instead...this was ok but to me it was yuck. Rick said it was good. Just needed more salt and pepper in it. He can eat it all....YUCK! So now I need to find something else to eat for my supper.
Went to LOWE'S today also and I finally found some tomato plants!! Bought me 2 Cherry tomato plants and boy I can't wait to have those sweet tomatos!!! YUMMM
Ok I hear thunder so better get off here...Thanks again for being here for me!!!! And Thanks again for all the prayers for my mom!!!

PS Rick just got ahold of his friend in the Carolina's and he is safe!!! Said he had little damage and power out from the tornadoes. Thank GOD!!! We were so worried!!!! Heart goes out to those that lost so much!!!
