Pre-Hump Day What's UP
Good afternoon Monica and everyone...
It is so hard for me to get on here earlier especially the days Grace has pre school. Don't forget me!!!
Monica....160 days...you must be bursting with pride!!
Nancy and Julia...so sorry for your losses.....praying for you and the families.
Went to my first garage sale after I dropped Grace off at school. Picked her up a couple things and me a Iowa State sweatshirt. A person can never have too many hoodies!!
What a beautiful day outside. Definitely heading out soon to sit in the sun and read while I have a chance!
Hope you all have a wonderful day. Keeping so many of you in my prayers.
Love and hugs to all....connie d

Wow, you miss one day around here and so many things have happened. So very sorry for the two who have lost their loved ones this week. All I can say to you both is "better place". They are now in a much better place and free of pain and worry.
I am working hard to get all of my "chores" done before hubby comes home. Less than 48 hours to go now. I'll be so glad when his plane touches down. I sure have missed him.
Went out to lunch with a friend today--first time since surgery. I had a grilled chicken salad, and couldn't begin to make a dent in it. But I brought the chicken home with me. I'll heat it up for supper along with some veggies.
Okay, I'm about to find out what I'm made of. Stopped at Wal Mart and bought some things for grandson's Easter basket. My daughter doesn't want him to have much sugar or chocolate yet, but she said I could make cupcakes. I bought two sugar free cake mixes--one vanilla and one chocolate. We'll see how they taste. But then I bought coconut and jelly beans for decorations. And one very small white chocolate bunny. OMG. Will I be able to stay out of the candy? I put it all in the refrigerator out in the garage where I won't see it every couple of hours.
Much left to do today. Why do I always leave it all to the last minute?
