Hi everyone!
I need my butt kicked, too! I can't seem to get started on anything today. All I want to do is lay around and read my Nook book.
Did get to talk to my darling husband this morning for more than an hour! That's unusual. Most of the time, somebody comes and gets him while we are on the phone and he has to get off before I've had a chance to tell everything. Just 4 more days and he'll be flying home. I can't wait to see that man!
I need to be working on Property Owner's Assoc. stuff today. I'm the secretary/treasurer for our POA down at the lake. We're having a board meeting next Saturday. I should be preparing our quarterly budget report, etc., but my mind just doesn't want to focus today. Sometimes I'm so sorry I accepted that position! Got another year to go before my term is up. So stop whining already and do the job, Vickie!!!
Scale moved down a half pound today! I wish I could drop into the 230's before DH comes home next week.
What is up with the heat wave this week? It's up in the 90's now every afternoon. I usually don't have to turn on my A****il May. As it is, I turn the AC off every morning and I open all the windows. Then by afternoon, it is HOT in here and I reverse the procedure. This is supposed to be my LOW electric bill this month! WTH?
Guess I'd better try to do a little something while I'm sitting here, huh? Oh, please, KICK me, somebody!!!
