Good morning Carla (and hope the headache is gone!) and OFF family,

Happy Monday, rode in with hubby again, saving gas money too...man have prices jumped!

Had a fun weekend, Loulabelle came over for an overnight, her first one and she did wonderful except I did have to get up at 3am to feed her but she feel back asleep. Then Saturday night I watched Holly the cuddlebug. Sunday was church and sang a solo, went well and we are doing Praise Team for 3 months now.

Have a great day. Oh and Bariatric Support group was a good one on Saturday. Love group. Had a lot of newbies and they really loved hearing our stories and that WLS is not the magic bullet.

Going to get my labs drawn now. My 4 year Surgiversary is April 12th. I hate not taking my vitamins for 2 days, I can feel it....and I need some coffee! LOL Hugs Debbie

Thunder is booming and the rain is falling. Let it rain and fill up the well.

I didn't get to the gym. My mechanic strolled to the house and said he wanted to check out my car. He rents my garage -  Left over from the first marriage, it's a big one with lifts and all the other dodads. The arrangement is good. He takes care of our cars, no charge, plows the driveway and even mows the lawn. Plus, he is a long time & trusted friend.

Time to eat, shower, pile on the make up and get to work.

Rain and thunder here, too. Sounds like many of us re dealing with the same storm. Are we all really next door to each other and don't know it? Lol

Good mechanics are hard to find. One that's a friend too? Well that's just terrific!

Busy playing "Words with Friends", laundry tossing around in the dryer. Then goin in to town to the bank, beauty supply and lunch with a girlfriend. Nice day even if we don't see the sun!

Every now and again, I have to bake Rich an apple pie. His wife doesn't mind ... all she has to do is wash the empty pie plate. Tom doesn't mind because HE always gets one too.

I ditto what everyone else said about the headache. . . 

Late start today, Monday, no matter what, I am never out the door on time, but since I already build in extra time, not a biggie most days, well today they decided to do concrete repair work during rush hour at a major entrance to the highway, my entrance to be exact (lol) and with no forewarning, so here I am following a detour in an area where I am totally unfamiliar, of course, I got lost, finally found a PO to get directions to get me back on the highway, so I got to work 20 minutes late, not a way to start off my work week, but oh well, I made it safe and sound and now just need to unwind from the stress of it all. . .  today is a late workday, 6 p.m., so nothing scheduled for later.

Temp is mid-50's today.  Forecast called for 10 degrees lower, so I'd be really happy about it, except it's raining----sideways.  Headed to Zumba Gold class, so I'll hang onto my hat and head out.

Anyone remember Sally Field as "The Flying Nun"?  I'll never be mistaken for a nun, but I may become airborne before this morning is over....

Oh Carla so sorry to hear about your car accident. Glad the new red car is OK, worried for you. Did they check you out at work? Head bumps not good! Please ake care of thee.
