I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

A day like today can be a gift that you didn't really know you needed, so maybe it's a day to deal with home stuff and getting some extra rest and I'm sure the kitty and dog will be happy to have you home. . .

Morning Laureen and my OFF family!!!
Well I just heard some sad news...Elizabeth Taylor passed away. 79 years old and had so many health problems lately. So sad but now she isn't suffering anymore.
Leaving soon to take the trip to Streetsboro to the Nisson dealership to get my car fixed. The one closer here will not do it under warranty. They are afraid its not covered and will eat the cost. So I have to travel quite a distance to the next dealer and get it done. So please keep fingers crossed that once they see my car they WILL cover it under warranty for me!!! And if they won't then the fight is on for me to get the apartment complex to pay for the repairs to my car!!! They are to cheap to hire a truck and plow to clear the snow out of here and the deep heavy snow ripped apart my converter when I was trying to get to work.
Last night Rick took me out for dinner to Texas Road House. YUMMMMM!!!!!!! Then we walked over to Cracker Barrel and looked at the things there and I found my wind chime that I always wanted and he asked me if I really wanted it. I said I had wanted that for years and years! He picked it up and bought it for me!!! I told him there was another one I also liked that was $5 cheaper. He said nah this one is good!! You are worth it!! You aren't cheap!!! AWWWWW!!!!! Gosh I love him!!!! :-) So right now its hanging in the living room so I can make it chime when I want to hear it!!! It has a deep chime to it like a church bell ring. Love it!!!
Debbie, thankyou so much for chatting with me yesterday!! I feel so much better!!! And thankyou also for the prayers!!! (((Debbie)))
Well its time to hit the road!!! Wish me luck!!!
Thinking of you all!!! Prayers going out to those that need them!!!

We LOVE Texas Road House!!!! Can't afford to go to often though...:-( Rick is a fun date every night!!! :-)
Well the closer dealer was afraid they would have to "eat" the cost if they fixed it for me. Asses!! I will travel to the one further away if needed again because of the excellent treatment they gave me!!!!

Actually when I got married the 2nd time, I found my soul mate. I lived with him over a year before we got married, one of the main reasons we did get married was for insurance, he had to pay a lot of money for his insurance and for tax purposes too! LOL
Yep, he was mine and I committed to him way before we got married.
So living together is a way of life now...and to tell you the truth I know plenty of people who are married and so unhappy, they admit it's too hard to get a divorce or just don't want to rock the boat. Both me and hubby had long term marriages 25 and 27 years. I'm so much happier now!
I'm glad you like how it is with you and Rick....Score! You both win! Hugs Debbie
