I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Morning Trish and OFF!!! I am finally here in the morning so Most will read my post!! LOL Hey that rhymes!!!

Well its going to rain today they said and supposed to get some of that ****ty white stuff by thursday I think they said. I thought Spring was here?? GRRRRRR

Working today 1-5 so that is good. Not to bad for the hips and leg that are really hurting me!!! No steps to climb today either so that also is good!!! Need to do laundry but Rick can climb the stairs to do it for me. Wish the 30th were here so I could see the pain d and find out what the heck is happening with this pain I am having!!! I go see the foot dr on thursday morning about my toe and see what the exrays show there on the pain. I am falling apart I guess. Getting old is not fun!!!

Tomorrow we take my car to the Nisson dealer and see if it IS covered under warranty like they said it was and get it fixed. If it isn't covered under warranty then I am turnng the bill over to the apartment complex to pay for the repair! The deep heavy snow did the damage in here because they are to cheap to hire a truck and plow to clean it out!! So praying it is covered with the warranty so I don't have to start things with the complex here. Just tired of this runaround I am getting from the dealers.

Well time to change the bedding and get the laundry started before its time for me to get ready for work. Thoughts and Prayers for all!!!!

HUGS

Trish - I would not sleep either. They will make sure you are completely numb. Let us know how you are feeling.

Today is THE day our second great granddaughter arrives. Kari's BP has been elevated for a while and the doctors feel it is time for Mackenzie Ann to make her grand entrance into the world. I am excited and can't wait to begin the spoiling process.

The 'to do' list for today is long. Better get in gear and off the computer.

Kisses

Hi Trish and all,
Hopefully by the time you read this your medical procedure will be a memory! For you too, Pat! I've come to understand that after 50 life starts to revolve around medical procedures, if not your own, your friend's and family's procedures.
I  have a meeting in ten minutes so I need to make this fast. I'm excited for Candy, Carla, and Monica! It's so much fun to meet and connect with friends from here! I have never been disappointed, and I've met quite a few of you women!
We are going to have an earthquake drill at school today. It's so much fun to squeeze my svelte body under a table or desk! I read somewhere that that wouldn't do a hill of beans good in a severe earthquake.
It's a beautiful day here... pure sunshine. The rain will return late tonight, but for today I can bask in the sun if I can get outside a bit. Our Spring break is so late this year that I am really wanting to take some time off. It gets so hectic in March... I have trouble keeping up with the testing. Then once the testing and meetings are over I can heave such a sigh of relief. It's sort of like accountants at tax time I guess. The rest of the year seems almost relaxing- then I JUST do therapy and "some" testing.
I have to run... hope you are all doing well!

Hi Trish and my OFF family:

It's afternoon here, windy and cloudy. Just didn't sleep well at all last night again ... kept flashing and couldn't sleep. Just read a thing on WebMD (I get these daily emails from them) about depression and chronic pain ... boy, did it sound like me. I need to forward to all my coworkers so they understand what I'm going through. No wonder I'm so nasty at times ... I was never like that before. The pain is so bad lately I can't be nice to anyone.

Trish, hope your surgery went well. For some reason, I never stress about surgery. Pat, I have had the drug stress test ... the only thing is the drug made me so thirsty, I drank two pitchers full of water at Red Lobster after (I had my stress test pre-WLS and couldn't do the treadmill because of my knees ... don't think I could do it now, either).

Yesterday, I was busy running around: to CVS, then to the chiro (nice massage bed ... then adjustment, a little different); then out to the mall for Target and Petco, then got my La. taxes done (I'm getting back $339, but have to give it to the bankruptcy trustee), then to the grocery store for a couple of things that were on sale, finally home for dinner. I hadn't eaten anything other than my protein coffee all day, so I was extremely hungry. I had my salsa chicken leftovers and a salad, watched TV, played with Juliette a bit and went to bed ... then couldn't sleep until 4 a.m. This is getting old.

Well, back to work today, fun, fun, fun. Have a good day.
