 I haven't been here in FOREVER.
I've also make Kale Chips. I microwave mine !  Tasty chips faster. I put my Kale in a big bowl and  spray with Pam Olive oil , mix with hands to coat well, add my seasonings at that time so they stick on.
Put on a plate in  a single layer and microwave until crispy. Start with about 1 minute and adjust for your microwave.  Watch them disappear.
