Never a dull moment!

Aloha my fuzzy, furry, cozy friends..........I always feel so warm and safe when I come in here...no matter what time of day.

It's actually 10:00 a.m. and I just got back from a mini shopping trip. I didn't realize how much milk I drink, but boy I was OUT and getting crazy with wanting my yogurt, kashsi, nuts, fruit mixture. It tasted like a little piece of heaven!

My eye is still itching, and burning when I move it. I am not a safe driver...but that never slowed me down before. I stocked up on fresh fruits, veggies, and frozen stuff. I like to get the family size lasagne and freeze half of it.........$10.00 lasts me a LONG time.

The ocean is earily calm today.....very gentle breezes, too. I think I'm going to stick close to home today, tomorrow, etc.

YOU all inspire me so much.......real troopers ..... real WOMEN who can face the worst and survive. Thank you all for all the little and BIG suggestions and things to try.

(((Karen))) Karen I am so glad that you are ok!!! That was one wicked earthquake and tsunami!!! DAM!!! All I can say is this weather is not normal that any of us are having right now it seems and we all better be careful because this just might be the beginning of the end....just saying ya know.

Now about that lasagna...is it the Stouffers brand? LOL I love that!!! I get the single serving or I would eat so much of it I would be sick for sure!! LOL

Aloha Judy.........Yes, I do get the Stouffers brand...the veggie lasagne. I add all kinds of cheese, veggies and sometimes sausage...whatever I find in the frige. I freeze two people portions and they are so easy to just pop in the microwave and then I add lots of mozzarella cheese AND brown bread. Oh yum. For $10.00 on sale I can get a whole bunch of dinners.

The earthquake/tsunami scared me a little so I jitter bugged down to the shanty call Safeway to stock up. Kitties first....me last.......butofcourse.

Still fitting into my size 8 jeans...........I have to suck in though.....Ha.

Save some of that soft serve for me....I LOVE that stuff!!

I always got the meat lasagna, never tried the veggie one...have to look into that one!

I am in a size 14 and almost ready for a size 12!!!!!!! OMG It will be the smallest size since high school!!! WOW!!!!! I didn't have a tummy tuck either and do not plan on one either...omg no way!!! LOL just call me chicken ****!!! Yuppers thats me!!!

Oh my dear Karen, it's so nice to see your smiling face, sure hope your eye gets better soon. Please be careful driving, but it sounds like you're well stocked up for a bit, so sticking close to home is a good idea.

There is a smile on my face, just knowing you are posting. That means you are safe.

Because we live in the country, and often get snowbound, I never use the last back up of anything. That habit carries though the summer too.
 
Ah yes to naps. After the child rearing years, I earned every last minute of napping.
